Redness and swelling around the glans

Redness and swelling around the glans

Many male friends will have glans inflammation due to unhygienic problems. Generally, glans inflammation is caused by excessive foreskin, which will affect the development of male genitals. Therefore, many men will have their foreskin cut off. When glans inflammation occurs, not only will the male feel redness and swelling of the glans, pain, but also inconvenience in urination. So what is the reason for the redness and swelling of the glans?

It may be caused by glansitis. Wash the affected area with 200mL of 3% boric acid water or 0.1% revnol solution twice a day for 20 minutes each time.

(1) Pay attention to local hygiene and clean the glans penis and foreskin every day. If the foreskin is too long, it should be treated promptly and circumcised if necessary. It is also necessary to clean the smegma in time.

(2) If one of the spouses suffers from a sexual organ disease, they should suspend sexual activity and seek timely treatment. For example, if the spouse suffers from a trichomonas infection or Candida albicans infection, both spouses should receive treatment at the same time.

(3) Avoid unclean sexual intercourse and keep yourself clean.

(4) If ulcers or erosions form, change the dressing immediately, twice a day, to avoid uncomfortable irritation.

(5) For acute balanitis, avoid using corticosteroid ointments to prevent more serious infection.

It may be balanoposthitis, which is inflammation of the foreskin and glans penis.

(1) Turn the foreskin up and clean the area with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution, and keep it dry. If the foreskin cannot be turned up, cut the back of the foreskin to facilitate drainage and cleaning.

(2) You can take certain antibiotics under the guidance of a doctor.

Causes of acne and redness on the nose:

1. Eating foods that easily cause getting angry

Dietary problems can cause the stomach and large intestine to lose heat, which in turn prevents the body from expelling moisture, causing excessive oil secretion, clogging pores, and causing acne. People with acne must pay attention to a light and nutritious diet. You can also drink chrysanthemum tea instead of drinking water to reduce heat and detoxify the body.

2. Oily skin

Skin that produces a lot of oil, has large pores, and a thick stratum corneum is a typical oily skin. Congenitally oily skin produces a lot of oil, and oil can easily clog the pores, leading to the appearance of acne. Because the pores are large and the stratum corneum is thick, the oiliness on the nose is more serious when the seasons change, causing the pores to be clogged and acne to occur. First of all, you need to adjust from the inside. In any season, you need to drink more water, supplement vitamins B6 and B2, and eat less greasy and spicy foods. When choosing skin care products, you should also choose those with better oil control effects.

3. Endocrine disorders

The acne on the nose is not caused by mites or eating too spicy food, but the acne still appears. The cause of endocrine disorders is mostly due to the pressure of life, work, and emotions or unreasonable eating habits. When the menstrual period comes, these factors may break the balance of estrogen secretion, causing estrogen and metabolic disorders. This will lead to excessive sebum secretion, blocking facial pores and causing acne on the nose.
