In our lives, many male genitals will have some diseases. The most common one is glansitis caused by excessive foreskin. Because when the male foreskin is too long, it is very easy to cause some dirty things to exist in the foreskin. After the glans is infected, inflammation will appear. At the beginning, it may turn red. If it is not treated, it will lead to genital erosion. What should men do if their genitals are rotten? 1. Balanitis: The appearance of small red spots on the genitals is generally acute superficial balanitis. The cause of acute superficial balanitis is very simple. It is mainly because male patients do not like to keep clean. In addition, the male foreskin is too long. The male foreskin is too long, which will allow some harmful bacteria to breed in the glans. Over time, it will cause the acute superficial balanitis mentioned above. 2. Genital herpes: On average, about 4 to 5 days after infection, the affected part of the vulva will first feel a burning sensation, and then a group of papules will appear, which may be one or more clusters. Then, blisters will form after a few days, and then rupture to form erosions or shallow ulcers. The patient will feel pain and finally scab over and heal on his own. The course of the disease is about 2 to 3 weeks. 3. Condyloma acuminatum: The incubation period is 3 weeks to 8 months, with an average of 3 months. At the beginning, the warts are light red or dirty red, millet-shaped, and large. They are soft in nature and slightly pointed at the top. They gradually grow larger or increase in number. The symptoms are local itching and pain. A small number of patients have no symptoms. 4. Pearly papules on the penis: The lesions are small white, skin-colored or light red papules, each with a diameter of 1-3mm, translucent and shaped like small pearls, with a smooth surface. They may appear as a few needle-sized beads, or they may appear as threads or sharp hairs. The rashes do not fuse with each other and are arranged in one or several rows along the coronal groove at the posterior edge of the glans penis. They may partially or completely surround the glans penis. They are more common in young men aged 20-50 years old and have no symptoms. Traditional treatments such as laser, freezing, and topical medications only remove warts on the surface, but only treat the symptoms and not the root cause. They cannot remove the virus in the body and are prone to recurrence. Multiple treatments will accumulate huge costs. You should receive antiviral treatment based on your own condition. At the same time, you should refrain from sexual intercourse and avoid spicy food. If you have a partner, you must ask your partner to go to the hospital for a checkup. After the onset of the disease, you should combine your regular test results. According to the test results, there are many different virus types for specific STD positives. The fees charged by general public specialized STD hospitals are more secure. As long as you do not come into contact with the source of the disease, it will not be contagious. Keeping yourself clean in life can effectively prevent infectious diseases. |
