What is the cause of testicular and vas deferens enlargement?

The most important part of the male reproductive organs is the vas deferens. If the vas deferens is enlarged or has other problems, it will lead to vas deferensitis. Testicular vas deferens enlargement does not have any very obvious symptoms in the early stage, so it is difficult for patients to find it. Once it is found, the condition is already very serious, and the chance of cure will be reduced. So what is the cause of testicular vas deferens enlargement?

First, what is the cause of enlarged testicles and vas deferens? Swelling of the vas deferens is generally caused by inflammation of the vas deferens circle, and the main cause of vas deferensitis is bacterial infection. Vas deferens refers to an infectious disease of the vas deferens, which is common in adolescents and can be single or bilateral. Simple vas deferens is rare and often exists at the same time as the epididymis. It can be a non-specific infection of common bacteria or a specific pathogen infection, such as tuberculosis, gonorrhea, etc. This disease is divided into two categories: acute vas deferens and chronic vas deferens. Due to inflammatory changes, the vas deferens can be blocked, causing secondary infertility.

Second, acute vas deferens causes swelling and pain of the scrotum on the affected side, redness and swelling of the skin, and pain radiating to the abdomen and the thigh root on the same side, often causing the patient to bend his waist and hold his abdomen. There is local tenderness in the scrotum and obvious tenderness in the vas deferens. In severe cases, fever may occur, and purulent lesions may form around the vas deferens. Chronic vas deferens causes swelling and pain or redness and swelling of the scrotum on the affected side, and pain radiates to the abdomen and thigh root. Its clinical symptoms are milder than those of acute vas deferens, with a slow onset and a history of recurrent attacks. It is often accompanied by testicular and epididymitis. Physical examination shows that the scrotal section of the vas deferens is thickened and hardened. In severe cases, the vas deferens is adhered to the surrounding area, the levator testis is tense, and the scrotum and testicles are retracted. Vas deferens nodules occur after vas deferens damage or vasectomy. They develop from the nodule to both ends, causing the vas deferens to thicken or become adhered. The nodules may be painful or asymptomatic.

What is the cause of enlarged testicles and vas deferens? Vas deferens is a very serious disease that will affect the normal life of male friends. Therefore, once you find discomfort in the vas deferens, you should go to a regular hospital for examination, diagnosis and treatment in time to avoid more serious consequences. In daily life, you should pay attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of sexual life and resist the harm of bad sexual life to life.
