The causes of azoospermia include:

(l) Some people are born without the ability to produce sperm. This abnormality is discovered through the study of chromosomes and genetic genes, or through biopsy.

(2) Inability to produce sperm due to orchitis, which is often caused by mumps, but other infections can also cause this condition.

(3) There is an obstruction in the passage of sperm, resulting in the ejaculation of sperm without sperm. For example, gonorrhea can sometimes cause blockage of the vas deferens.

(4) Absence of testicles or suffering from cryptorchidism, epididymal cyst or damage.

(5) Aging causes the testicles to have a reduced ability to produce sperm. However, this varies from person to person, and some people can still be fertile in their 70s.

(6) Other factors, such as nutritional disorders, industrial hazards, radiation exposure, febrile diseases, allergic reactions, and bad habits such as smoking and drinking.
