What's the matter with the small white bumps on the foreskin?

For Chinese men, they generally face a big problem. If this problem is not handled properly, it will directly affect the future happiness of marriage and having children. Because Chinese men are easily troubled by the foreskin being too long, basically every day there are men going to the hospital for circumcision surgery to make the foreskin as short as possible. Then the question is, what are the white bumps on the foreskin?

1. What to do if there are small white bumps on the foreskin

Keep the area clean to prevent secondary infection. You can apply liquid medicine or anti-inflammatory ointment locally. Allergic balanitis requires oral anti-allergic drugs.

For exudate erosion, medicated wet compress can be used.

Cream can be used for patients in the non-infectious subacute stage.

Ointments can be used for chronic stages or dry and scaly skin.

If the infection is obvious, with fever and lymphadenopathy, systemic antibiotics may be used.

Circumcision: If the foreskin or foreskin is swollen and cannot be turned over for washing and drainage is not smooth, and the inflammation still cannot subside after general treatment, dorsal circumcision can be performed to facilitate drainage. Circumcision can be performed after the inflammation completely subsides.

2. What are the white bumps on the foreskin?

2.1. Papules:

The pimples on the foreskin may be a few or a circle of needle-tip or rice-sized pimples at the coronal sulcus. They are not painful or itchy, and some may have been there for several years. These are called pearly papules or rose-shaped papules, which are normal and do not require treatment. Some scholars believe that these are sexual receptors. Therefore, pimples on the foreskin may not be all harmful. First of all, don't worry too much.

2.2. Condyloma acuminatum:

If you have a history of sexual promiscuity, then the many small bumps on your foreskin may be related to condyloma acuminatum. Generally speaking, small bumps on the foreskin usually appear within 3 weeks to 8 months after sexual intercourse. They are like nipples on the glans penis, coronal sulcus, frenulum of the foreskin, etc. They bleed easily after being touched, like cauliflower, and can appear alone or in groups.

2.3. Villous papilloma:

Male phimosis caused by villous papilloma is generally a millet-like swelling in the coronal sulcus, which is like a red nipple protrusion and is neatly arranged. It is more obvious when the penis is erect. There is no discomfort on weekdays, but it will hurt the female vagina during sexual intercourse and should be treated surgically.
