Normal spermatic vein

Anatomical name. It is the spongy cord tissue between the upper part of the male testicle and the abdominal ring of the inguinal canal. It is composed of the ejaculatory duct, the internal aorta of the spermatic flexure, the plexus of veins, the lymphatic vascular tissue, the nerve movement and the spermatic flexure capsule surrounding it. It is 11.5-15cm long and 0.5cm in diameter. When passing through the inguinal canal, there are genital branches of the iliohypogastric nerve, ilioinguinal nerve and genital femoral nerve on both sides.

Brief Description

The spermatic flexure is a pair of soft, cord-like structures from the deep ring of the inguinal canal to the upper end of the male testicle. The key parts include the ejaculatory duct, male testicular aorta, pampiniformis venous plexus, ejaculatory duct artery, vein, nerves, lymphatic vessels and sheath tendon. Below the subcutaneous tissue ring, the spermatic flexure is covered with three layers of membrane (external spermatic flexure muscle fascia, levator testis muscle, and internal spermatic flexure muscle fascia).

The spermatic flexure is a round cord-like structure, extending from the deep ring of the inguinal canal (also known as the abdominal ring, through the inguinal canal) to the top of the male testicle. The key is composed of three layers of membranes covering the spermatic flexure of the ejaculatory duct, the inguinal part, the male testicular aorta, the venous plexus, the ejaculatory duct blood vessels, the lymphatic blood vessels, the nerve plexus and the remnants of the retroperitoneal processus vaginalis.

Anatomical structure:

There is another capsule outside the spermatic flexure, which has three layers from the inside to the outside: the blood pressure spermatic flexure inner muscle fascia (or the common sheath). Continuing from the transverse abdominal muscle fascia, the blood levator testis and levator testis muscle fascia come from the internal oblique muscle, the lower part of the transverse abdominal muscle and their muscle fascia. Supplement the external spermatic flexure muscle fascia, the continuation of the external oblique tendon sheath. The three layers of capsule also encapsulate the male testicles and epididymal cysts. In the inguinal canal, the distribution of the structures in the spermatic flexure is: the ejaculatory duct is located at the bottom, the ejaculatory duct vein and the plexus of the raceme are located in the front, and the aorta is located in the middle and above the veins. The varicose veins are composed of 10 to 12 veins, which finally merge into the male testicular vein. Varicose vein varicose vein is more common, and 93% of patients develop it on the left side. It is generally believed that it is because the left vein is longer than the right one and enters the left renal vein at an oblique angle, making it more difficult to induce blood flow back, but it is also related to the close proximity of the veins and other factors.

Blood vessels, lymph nodes and nerves: The external spermatic aorta is distributed throughout the body; the suprapatibital palpebrae aorta of the external spermatic aorta is connected to the external private aorta, the ejaculatory duct aorta, the male testicular aorta and the posterior scrotal aorta. The veins run along with the aorta. The lymphatic vessels along the male testicular aorta converge to the lumbar lymph nodes; the lymphatic vessels along the ejaculatory duct aorta converge to the external iliac lymph nodes. The nerves include the superior spermatic nerve originating from the abdominal aortic plexus, the middle spermatic nerve originating from the upper hypogastric plexus and the inferior spermatic nerve originating from the lower hypogastric plexus. It is felt that the chemical fibers are transmitted along the central nerves, entering the spinal nerves through the abdominal aorta and lumbar sympathetic trunks and the 11th to 12th thoracic nerves and the posterior roots of the 1st lumbar nerve.

The efficacy of Jingqu

The spermatic flexure is composed of the male testicular aorta, vein, lymphatic vessels, nerves, suprapatilobular muscles, ejaculatory ducts, and the covering muscle fascia. The spermatic flexure is a soft round cord that provides blood supply, lymphatic drainage, and nerve control for the male testicle, epitesticular cyst, and ejaculatory duct. If the spermatic flexure is injured or surgically severed, the male testicle will shrink and lose its function. Starting from the top of the male testicle, it passes through the inguinal second loop and inguinal canal. At the internal inguinal loop, the ejaculatory duct turns into the pelvis, and the aorta, vein, lymphatic vessels, nerves, etc. continue to rise behind the peritoneum and connect with the corresponding tissues at the waist level. Because of the close connection between the male testicles and internal organs, when the male testicles or epitesticular cysts are injured or diseased, it can cause pain in the waist and abdomen; and when the kidneys, urethra or retroperitoneal tissues are diseased, it can also cause reflex pain in the private parts or male testicles.
