It is first round and smooth, and some are hairy or silky, mostly densely arranged in one or more rows, obvious on the back of the glans, and can partially or completely surround the glans. It is often believed that it is caused by improper cleaning of the glans coronal sulcus or excessive foreskin.

2. Balanitis, phimosis, balanitis, mainly caused by excessive foreskin. In the early stage of phimosis, the glans and foreskin surface are edematous and congested, the area around the urethra is red, and small rashes, wounds, and erosions appear on the glans. It can develop into superficial ulcers, with purulent secretions flowing out. The patient feels itching or burning in the glans, followed by pain. After erosion, pus may flow and have a foul odor. Severe cases may also cause fatigue, low fever, enlarged inguinal lymph nodes, and tenderness.

3. Condyloma acuminatum can be found on the glans penis, foreskin, frenulum, urethral opening, and rarely on the penis body. It can also occur in the mouth, armpits, umbilical fossa, and between the toes. Most of them exist alone, with an uneven surface and a cauliflower shape. They gradually increase in size as the disease progresses.

4. Genital herpes. After the disease occurs, there is a burning sensation in the affected part of the vulva, and groups of papules occur, distributed in one or more clusters. It first develops into blisters, then develops into abscesses, and after ruptures, it forms erosions or shallow ulcers, which are painful and finally form scabs. Skin lesions often occur on the foreskin, glans, coronal sulcus and penis of men, and occasionally at the urethral opening. They are often accompanied by general discomfort, low fever, headache and other systemic symptoms, and local lymph node enlargement. What's the matter with a small pimple on the glans?
