5. Drink in moderation. Drinking a lot of alcohol can lead to a decrease in sperm quality. Men should strictly follow 14-28 standard drinks (containing 8-9 grams of alcohol) per day.

6. Don’t put your mobile phone in your trouser pocket. In this era of rapid development of mobile Internet society, it is probably impossible to stay away from your mobile phone. However, men should never put their mobile phones in their trouser pockets. The heat generated by the mobile phone will increase the temperature of the scrotum and damage the sperm.

7. Don’t wear tight pants. Tight pants can shape your body and are also versatile clothing. However, tight pants will increase the temperature of the environment where the testicles are located, affecting the differentiation of spermatogenic cells and the production of sperm. It will also affect the blood circulation of the scrotum, leading to a decrease in male fertility. So men are best not to wear tight pants.
