Experts say that male cystitis can last for several weeks or occur intermittently, causing patients to feel weak, emaciated, and have dull pain in the waist, abdomen, and bladder perineum. Sometimes they may experience dizziness, vertigo, or neurasthenia and other symptoms of cystitis.

3. Secondary symptoms: Redness, swelling, bleeding, pus discharge, urinary pain, and urgent urination in men may be secondary symptoms of male cystitis, which means that the patient may also have symptoms of cystitis caused by secondary infections of other diseases.

2. Cystitis is a common urinary tract infection, accounting for about 50% to 70% of all urinary tract infections. The main manifestation is urinary tract irritation (bladder irritation), that is, frequent urination, frequent urination, urinary pain, urinary discomfort and other symptoms. There are often leukocyturia, occasional hematuria, and even macroscopic hematuria. Generally, there are no obvious systemic poisoning symptoms, and a small number of patients may have low back pain and fever (usually not more than 38°C).

Patients with cystitis should be treated with effective antibiotics to control infection in a timely manner. Cephalosporins, penicillins, quinolones, and metronidazole can be used alone or in combination. Oral sodium bicarbonate can alkaline urine and reduce local irritation symptoms. At the same time, drink plenty of water to promote urination. Bladder flushing can be performed when necessary to accelerate the improvement of the condition.
