Symptoms of rheumatism, folk remedies for treating rheumatism

In real life, many people actually have rheumatism. Patients with mild symptoms usually don’t pay much attention to it, but they still need to learn more about the symptoms of rheumatism.

Clinical manifestations of rheumatism

1. Most rheumatic diseases involve joint lesions and symptoms, which can be as high as 70-80%. About 50% of cases only have pain, while severe cases have comprehensive inflammatory manifestations such as redness, swelling, heat, pain, and functional impairment. Most cases involve multiple joints. The size of the affected joints varies depending on the type of disease.

2. Heterogeneity, that is, the same disease has different subtypes. Due to different genetic backgrounds, causes and mechanisms, the types of clinical manifestations, symptoms, severity and treatment responses are also different.

3. Rheumatism is often a multi-system disease. The pathology of many diseases overlaps and the symptoms are similar. MCTD is a typical example of this.

4. Various antibodies and immune complexes (CIC) appear in the serum and can be deposited in tissues (skin, synovium) or organs (kidney, liver) and cause disease.

5. Raynaud's phenomenon often occurs in this type of disease, such as SLE and MCTD.

Remedies for rheumatism:

1. Stew a newly crowed rooster with 150 grams of ginger (cut into slices) in a pot without adding oil or salt. You can add a small amount of white wine. Eat it within 1 day. Take it again after 1 week. Rooster has the effect of nourishing the kidney, warming the stomach and removing cold, and can relieve local pain and joint muscle weakness.

2. Take 0.5g of boy eel, dry it in the shade, soak it in 1kg of white wine, and it can be consumed after 1 month. Drink 50ml of wine each time, twice a day. Boy eel is warm in nature and has the functions of relaxing muscles and tendons, dispelling wind and dampness, and can relieve local redness, swelling, heat and pain. This dietary therapy for rheumatoid arthritis can prevent the disease from spreading to other joints, and is effective for shoulder and elbow joint movement disorders.

3. Snakes, insects and other foods that can promote blood circulation, remove wind and relieve pain can be used for cooking or soaked in wine and drunk. They can relieve local symptoms of redness, swelling, heat and pain, and can also prevent the disease from spreading to other joints. Therefore, they are foods with stronger effects in the dietary treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
