When do boys start to ejaculate?

Boys' sexual development generally starts at the age of 12-14. The first manifestation of boys' sexual development is the expansion of male testicular capacity. When the male testicular capacity exceeds 3ml, it means that puberty has just begun. When it reaches more than 6ml, there may be frequent ejaculation. Then the male genitals begin to grow, enlarge and thicken, and the glans penis also begins to grow and develop. At this time, the child has male pubic hair, the skin color of the scrotum becomes darker, and there is hair growth. The voice also begins to thicken, and a beard appears. The body characteristics of adult men gradually appear. The whole process takes more than 5 years.

When secondary sexual characteristics appear, height and weight also grow rapidly. If a boy develops secondary sexual characteristics before the age of 9, he can be diagnosed with precocious puberty. If the male characteristics are obvious and accompanied by enlargement of the male testicles, it indicates central nervous system precocious puberty. If the male testicles do not enlarge, it usually indicates cervical venous precocious puberty.

Boys in puberty should eat more nutritious foods such as eggs and meat, and choose loose, pure cotton underwear. Doing some appropriate exercise can promote the development of boys, try not to have the habit of stretching, and ensure adequate sleep.

Frequent spermatorrhea is a sign that men have entered puberty and have just begun to have reproductive functions. Most boys begin puberty at the age of 11 or 12, and at the latest around 14 or 15. The metabolism of androgens increases, the volume of the genitals and testicles expands, and the spermatogenic cells grow and develop into sperm under the action of androgens. At the same time, the epididymal cyst and seminal vesicle also begin to grow and develop, and their metabolism is sufficient. They mix with sperm to produce sperm, and when they accumulate to a certain level, they will be discharged during sleep or when they are stimulated by external factors, which is called frequent spermatorrhea. Frequent spermatorrhea is a normal physiological phenomenon in male development.

Frequent spermatorrhea in boys usually occurs during puberty. It refers to the condition of nocturnal ejaculation without sexual intercourse, and it can also occur during sleep, which is called nocturnal emission. Frequent spermatorrhea without dreams, or even when the semen leaks out while awake, is called spermatorrhea. Most patients are prone to frequent spermatorrhea when they have excessive sexual desires, or are overworked, have poor heart-kidney communication, or have a bad diet, cold and dampness inside, or suffer from depression, or liver dysfunction. Sometimes it is accompanied by symptoms of lack of energy and soreness in the waist and calves.
