How to quickly improve sexual function

1. Massage the scrotum to enhance male energy

2. Exercise your sexual intercourse muscles

The pelvic muscles at the base of the penis are called male sexual intercourse muscles, among which the pubococcygeus muscle plays a major role. Strengthening these muscles can increase the blood supply to the entire pelvis and penis, promote erection, increase pleasure during orgasm, and help patients control ejaculation. Men can also find their own pubococcygeus muscle by interrupting urination. Once these muscles are found, they can be consciously trained by imagining that they are holding back urination. Generally, exercise twice a day, 15 times each time, and increase the number of contractions day by day until you can do 50 times once a day. On this basis, you can make some changes. For example, before relaxing, contract the pelvic muscles and hold for 3 seconds. If you persist in this exercise for 1 month, you can generally feel its help in sexual intercourse.

3. Take a hot and cold water bath

This is a very old exercise method to enhance male sexual function. When using hot and cold water alternating bath, it is best to maintain a certain indoor temperature to prevent colds. After the bath is fully warmed up, get out of the bathtub and apply cold water to the genitals. Wait for about 3 minutes, and then enter the bathtub after the penis and scrotum shrink. Repeat this 3-5 times before you can end. If you can insist on doing "alternating baths" every day, it can make middle-aged and older men energetic, enhance sexual function, and reduce fatigue.

4. Stimulate the index finger to strengthen sperm and enhance virility

Severe vitamin E deficiency can lead to penile degeneration and atrophy, decreased sex hormone secretion and loss of fertility. However, malt oil can prevent and change this situation, so we should often eat foods rich in malt oil such as wheat, corn, and millet in our daily life.

5. Maintain regular sex
