Coupled with prostate problems, it brings huge hidden dangers to men's health. But when it comes to caring about their own health, men are often slow to show it. In the survey, 80% of seriously ill men in China admitted that they had repeatedly overdrawn their bodies because they had long ignored minor health problems. Here are eight lines of defense for men's health.

First line of defense: Don’t eat fatty meat after 40
