Penis pain after ejaculation

Ejaculation is a more fragile and complex process than erection. The ejaculation process of male orgasm requires the muscles of the epididymis, vas deferens, seminal vesicles, prostate gland and other organs to contract under the control of the central ejaculatory nerve in the lumbar spinal cord, discharge semen into the urethra, and then the muscles of the penis and perineum contract rhythmically to discharge semen. These nerves that control contraction will release a substance called norepinephrine, which stimulates the muscles of these organs to contract. Normal ejaculation activity not only does not cause pain, but also has a sense of euphoria.

However, if any of the above parts become diseased, it will cause ejaculation pain. Male sexual intercourse pain can occur during erection, vaginal penetration, before ejaculation after penetration, during ejaculation, and after ejaculation. The pain can be in the glans penis, penis shaft, penis root, prostate and its adjacent organs and tissues; it can also radiate to the vas deferens, epididymis or testicles, or the entire scrotum, and pain may also occur in these areas. Hot water baths often relieve symptoms. If it is caused by excessive sexual activity, it should be restrained. On the other hand, it is more common that sexual activities are too little or completely stopped, which can also cause congestive prostatitis. In this case, it is recommended to insist on regular sexual activities that can reach orgasm, such as masturbation ejaculation or orgasm during sexual intercourse. Most patients with prostatitis expect doctors to prescribe them some good medicine, but most patients are often disappointed because doctors do not give them any medicine or the medicine they give is ineffective. Doctors need to work hard to explain the pathogenesis to patients, that is, some prostatitis is not a bacterial infection but a mechanical pathological change-congestion, so it needs massage instead of medicine. Generally, prostatitis does not need to contraindicate sexual intercourse, but if it is infected with chlamydia, gonococci and trichomonas, sexual intercourse should be stopped before recovery, otherwise they will infect each other through sexual intercourse.
