What is penile miliaria?

In daily life, many male friends are troubled by some physical diseases, especially diseases in private parts. Penile miliaria is such a common male physiological disease. Many male friends do not know what causes this disease after suffering from it, nor do they know how to treat it. So, what is the matter with penile miliaria?

First, what is penile miliary? Parafrenulum papular fibroma is limited to the skin beside the frenulum of the penis, and is often a bilateral symmetrical eruption. It may be a physiological autovariation or atavism phenomenon. Generally, there is no discomfort, other obstacles, or long-term harm. It can be distinguished from condyloma acuminatum, and this disease has nothing to do with sexually transmitted diseases. The pathological histology is similar to fibroma and has no specificity. The changes are thickening of the stratum corneum, without incomplete keratinization and dyskeratosis. The granular layer is slightly hyperplastic, the cells are enlarged, and the granules are obvious. The spinous layer is thickened, the epithelial feet are elongated, often in an embrassing shape, the number of spinous cells increases, and the nuclei are darkly stained: there is mild edema between a few cells. Some of the prickle cells have atrophy and even a few are "shadow-like", but there are no vacuolated cells and inclusion bodies seen in condyloma acuminatum. The basal layer is intact. Dilated and hyperplastic capillaries can be seen in the dermis.

Second, it is more common in young and middle-aged men who are sexually active. It is limited to the skin beside the frenulum of the penis, and the rash is usually bilaterally symmetrical, and occasionally unilateral. The rash initially appears as small, skin-colored or yellow-white, translucent, shiny papules the size of millet or sorghum. Larger rashes may be in the shape of tiny papillae, and occasionally finger-shaped. There are not many rashes, usually 1-4 on each side, but there may be multiple, clustered in the pits beside the frenulum, rather than arranged along the posterior edge of the glans. The papules are isolated from each other and do not fuse with each other. The texture of the fusion is medium and there is a sense of fullness. The surface is smooth, does not fuse with each other, will not increase, has no spontaneous symptoms, and the acetic acid white test is negative. 3. Diagnosis can be based on clinical characteristics. Histopathology and auxiliary diagnosis are also helpful, but other diseases should be excluded.

What is miliary of the penis? Small blisters in the genital area may be caused by genital herpes, miliary or other lesions. Milia is an acute inflammatory itchy skin disease caused by obstruction of the sweat gland ducts and sweat retention. The typical damage is small, transparent, tense blisters without inflammatory reactions. Genital herpes is caused by human herpes simplex virus infection, with a latent period of 2-7 days. The genital area appears erythematous, itchy, and clustered small blisters with thin walls, erosion after breaking, and small pustules with a burning sensation, and some form ulcers. Other irritants such as allergies can also cause it. Therefore, it is recommended that you go to the hospital for relevant examinations to make a clear diagnosis.
