How to use a penile pacemaker

The penis erector is composed of a sealing ring (1), a vacuum tube (2), a stuffing ring (3), a valve joint (4), a straw ball (5), and a valve (6), and is characterized in that a valve joint is installed at each end of the straw ball of the erector; two valves are installed on the valve joints, wherein the hemispherical shape of the valve installed between the vacuum tube and the straw ball faces the straw ball, and the hemispherical shape of the other valve faces outward, one end of the vacuum tube is covered by the sealing ring, and the other end is covered by the stuffing ring.

Minimally invasive penile pacemaker implantation is called the "ultimate treatment" for moderate to severe impotence (ED) by the medical community in Europe and the United States. In the United States, more than 30,000 such operations are performed each year, and the surgical effect far exceeds the current mainstream impotence surgeries such as "venous ligation" and "arterial bypass surgery".

The penile pacemaker is divided into three parts, namely: penile expansion body, fluid storage sac, and expansion switch. The implementation method is:

1. The penis expander is implanted into the cavernous body of the penis by minimally invasive surgery. The surgical entrance is at the junction of the penis and scrotum, which does not affect the cavernous body of the urethra. After the operation, it will not cause any bloating and pain during erection, and will not affect normal urination;

2. Place the fluid storage sac in the space before the bladder. The space here is larger and can hold the volume of fluid required for penis erection;

3. Implant the expansion switch in the scrotum. The scrotum has a large contraction space, and the implantation will not affect the spermatogenesis function of the testicles.

When in use, press the circular expansion switch button inside the scrotum, and the liquid in the liquid storage sac will immediately fill into the penis expansion body to achieve erection. Conversely, press the square switch button inside the scrotum, and the liquid in the penis expansion body will be recovered into the liquid storage sac by the principle of pressure, so that the penis will return to a flaccid state.

Since the erection device is implanted in the corpus cavernosum of the penis, there is no rejection reaction, and it does not affect daily life, normal sports and labor, the original sensory function of the penis, urination function, ejaculation function and reproductive function, and does not affect the orgasm of the person or his spouse. With the continuous update of the performance of the erection device and the improvement of surgical skills, the International Health Organization (WHO) Advisory Committee on Sexual Dysfunction stipulates that penile prosthesis implantation is the standard treatment method for ED, and hundreds of thousands of people around the world have been treated through this method.
