2. How to improve sperm quality

1. Go to saunas and steam rooms less often. High-temperature steam baths directly damage sperm and inhibit sperm production.

2. Eat more green vegetables. Green vegetables contain vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, selenium and other ingredients that are beneficial to sperm growth. Nuts and fish are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, so you should also eat more of them to help sperm cell growth.
