Scrotal dampness and itching is a common type of eczema. It refers specifically to a type of eczema symptom that is limited to the male scrotum, and a few can spread to the groin and penis. Traditional Chinese medicine in my country also calls it scrotal wind, cystic ulcer, etc. This disease can generally be divided into three stages: acute, subacute and chronic according to different clinical manifestations, and is often accompanied by paroxysmal severe itching. In addition, the location of the disease is relatively private, so it brings a lot of trouble and embarrassment to the normal work and life of male patients. So let's take a look at this situation below! From the perspective of dialectics, traditional Chinese medicine in my country believes that scrotal dampness and itching are mostly related to spleen deficiency and dampness, acquired disorders, and dampness and heat in the lower part of the body. In general, it can be divided into two types: dampness and heat descending type and spleen deficiency and dampness and heat type. To quickly stop scrotal dampness and itching, you can use some hormone-free Chinese herbal preparations, such as Pafuo Zhenfu Cream, or you can use the following Chinese medicine prescriptions for treatment. 1. Five folk remedies for scrotal dampness and itching: 1. Boil 7 eggs and take out the egg yolks. Put 50-100 grams of sesame oil in a pot, then simmer the oil out of the egg yolks over a low heat until the egg yolks become burnt. Apply the oil frequently to the affected area. Use it for a week and you will see significant effects. 2. Take 10g of Junshu, 10g of Huangbai, 10g of Jingjie, 10g of Saposhnikovia divaricata, and 10g of Cangyi, one dose per day, decocted in water, and taken in 2 doses. This is my own experience recipe, which is suitable for scrotal eczema caused by damp heat and has significant effects. 3. 15g of Sophora flavescens, 15g of Phellodendron chinense, 10g of Cnidium monnieri, 10g of Honeysuckle, one dose per day, decocted in water, taken in 2 doses. Use it for three days and you will see significant effects. It is suitable for scrotal eczema with damp heat. 4. 20g almonds, 60g dandelions, 15g wild chrysanthemums, decoct the water and apply it to the scrotum after cooling, 2-3 times a day. It is suitable for scrotal eczema with damp heat, erosion and water retention. 5. Indigo powder: boil it with lacquer water, remove the residue and take the paste, mix it with Indigo powder, mix well and apply it externally, twice a day. It is suitable for scrotal eczema caused by blood deficiency and wind. Second, the old Chinese medicine doctor said that although scrotal eczema is not a serious disease, it is easy to recur due to improper treatment, which often makes patients itchy and restless, seriously affecting their daily life and cure. It is recommended to apply a common skin ointment without hormones to the affected area 1-3 times a day. It will recover in half a month and will not recur. 3. Scrotal eczema recurs and cannot be cured after long-term treatment 1. The first reason for the recurrence of scrotal eczema is the blind use of medicine. Many patients with scrotal eczema are reluctant to go to the hospital for treatment in the early stage of the disease because of the special location of the eczema. Considering shame or privacy, they secretly go to the clinic to get some ointment to apply, which leads to recurrence of the disease. 2. Because scrotal eczema causes severe itching, patients scratch their skin because they cannot bear the itching. The more they scratch, the more the skin is injured, forming a vicious cycle. 3. For the treatment of scrotal eczema, some patients choose small hospitals or listen to quack doctors, which leads to ineffective treatment. In addition, some patients cannot adhere to the treatment and stop the treatment when the condition improves, which leads to the recurrence of the disease. The above factors can cause scrotal eczema. Especially for scrotal eczema, recurrence must be prevented. If it recurs, it still needs to be eliminated. The above prevention methods can prevent the patient from recurring. Therefore, for scrotal eczema, we hope to actively treat it to prevent recurrence. 4. Treatment of scrotal eczema with traditional Chinese medicine There are many traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods for male scrotal eczema, and the treatment effect is also quite satisfactory, especially the combination of internal and external treatments. Internal treatment is to treat the disease based on the cause of the disease, so that the relevant organs can be dredged; external treatment is to use local wet compresses, external washings, etc. to make the medicine act directly on the affected area, so as to reduce the exudation of scrotal eczema, reduce itching, and achieve the purpose of cure. |
