Pearly papules are a common symptom among male friends. They do not have a great impact on men's health. Pearly papules are a common reproductive symptom of the male genitals, mostly occurring in the two areas of the male glans and coronal sulcus. Pearly papules are usually separated from the forehead one by one, usually milky white, and a small part is the same color as the skin or even bright red. The cause and prevalence of pearly papules on the genitals are not clear. Some experts and scholars believe that this symptom is attributed to a physiological growth and development abnormality. Some experts and scholars also observe that the patient's long foreskin, poor local hygiene, long-term irritation of coronal secretions and stains, or other factors such as infection may cause local swelling and other inflammatory sensations as the direct cause of this symptom. Male genital pearly papules are commonly seen on the edge of the male glans. They are uniform, uniform, and neatly arranged rice-sized papules of the same color as the skin. There is no inflammation and no active discomfort. This is pearly rash. If the acetic acid white test is negative, that is, it does not turn white after rubbing with 5% acetic acid solution. This condition is common in men after puberty and is completely normal and does not require treatment. The diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum is not difficult. Clinical medicine can find that the tumor or small warts in the private genitals, around the anus, perineum and vagina should be suspected of condyloma acuminatum. If the warts are rotating or multiple small rashes, papillary, cauliflower-like tumors or cockscomb-like, with an uneven surface, pedicles at the root or fusion, it can basically be assessed as condyloma acuminatum. Atypical skin lesions need to be combined with acetic acid white test. The specific steps for diagnosing condyloma acuminatum are: use gauze or cotton swabs dipped in 5% acetic acid solution (i.e. rice vinegar) and apply it tightly to the affected area, and observe after 2 to 5 minutes: if it is condyloma acuminatum, part of it will turn milky white, which is a positive reaction; pseudo-condyloma acuminatum is a negative reaction, that is, it does not fade. Common diseases that are similar to condyloma acuminatum and are easily confused are penile pearly rash in men and pseudo-condyloma acuminatum in women. |
