Repeat this action for about 1 minute.

4. Rub the testicles: Rub your hands together to warm them up, first hold the two testicles with your right hand, so that the right testicle is in the palm of your hand, and the left testicle is on the rib surface of the thumb, index finger and middle finger, and then rub gently. Turn right 30-50 times, then turn left 30-50 times, until you feel a slight soreness but no pain. Then use your left hand to rub gently as above. You can also use the massage method, that is, first tighten the scrotum with one hand. Fix the external kidney, place the palm of the other hand on the testicle, and then rub gently until the testicle is slightly warm. This method is also called the "scrotum-external kidney" method.

Whole-body exercise can enhance the function of all muscles, and of course it also has the effect of enhancing the function of the penis muscles, especially jumping exercises, such as weight lifting training, playing basketball, skipping rope, spring trampoline, and running are all good exercises.

However, the simplest way to exercise the penis is to insist on doing anal contraction exercises, which can be done on any occasion and can directly and effectively promote the exercise of the penis erection muscles.
