Men should check their bodies and find 15 changes that you should be aware of before cancer comes.

Men are usually careless and less sensitive to cancer signals. Dr. Leonard Lechtonfield, deputy chief medical officer of the national office of the American Cancer Society, recently wrote an article on the "Network Doctor of Medicine" website, pointing out that in order to detect cancer early, men must pay attention to the following 15 symptoms.

Breast lumps. Few men pay attention to their breasts, but it is something you should pay attention to. If you find breast lumps, skin depressions or wrinkles, inverted nipples, redness or keratinization of the nipples or breast skin, or pus discharge from the nipples, you must see a doctor immediately.

Pain. As men age, they often complain of pain. Most pain is not related to cancer, but some is a precursor to cancer.

Testicular changes. Testicular cancer is common between the ages of 20 and 39. Men are advised to check their testicles once a month. Whether the testicles are enlarged or shrunk, it is worth noting. If swelling, lumps, or a feeling of heaviness occur, you should see a doctor as soon as possible.

Changes in your lymph nodes. If you notice enlarged lymph nodes or lumps in your armpits or neck, be sure to see a doctor.

Fever. An unexplained fever may indicate cancer, but it can also be caused by other minor illnesses. Most cancers cause fever at some stage, usually when the cancer cells spread from their original location to other parts of the body. In addition, some blood diseases such as leukemia or lymphoma can also cause fever.

Sudden weight loss: If you lose more than 10% of your body weight in 3 to 6 months without dieting or increasing your exercise, you should see a doctor.

Abdominal pain and depression. If you have abdominal pain and depression, you should get checked out. It could be a symptom of pancreatic cancer. Other symptoms of this disease include jaundice, gray stools, dark urine, and sometimes itching all over the body.

Fatigue. Fatigue is another vague indicator of cancer, often occurring in the early stages of leukemia, colorectal cancer, or stomach cancer. If you feel extremely tired and it doesn't get better with rest, see your doctor as soon as possible.

Persistent cough. If you have a cough that lasts for more than three or four weeks, or if your cough pattern changes, you should see a doctor. It could be a sign of cancer, chronic bronchitis, or acid reflux.

Dysphagia. This is often a symptom of gastrointestinal cancers such as esophageal cancer.

Skin changes. Many people know that changes in moles may be a sign of skin cancer, but changes in pigmentation, sudden subcutaneous bleeding, or large areas of keratinization are also something to watch out for.

Abnormal bleeding. If there is blood in your stool or sputum, you should never take it lightly. Blood in your stool is not necessarily hemorrhoids, but may be caused by rectal cancer.

Oral changes. If you smoke or chew tobacco, be especially careful about small white spots that appear in your mouth or on your tongue. They could be leukoplakia, which has a high risk of developing into oral cancer.

Urinary problems. Older men are more likely to have urinary problems. Urgency, frequent urination, inability to urinate completely, incontinence when laughing or coughing, etc. may all be caused by prostate hyperplasia, which also has the risk of cancer.

Indigestion. Many older people who have severe indigestion often mistake it for a heart attack. Persistent indigestion may be a sign of a tumor in the esophagus, throat, or stomach.
