1. What are prostate calcifications?

Prostate calcification and fibrosis are scars left after the prostate inflammation heals, and are precursors to prostate stones. Due to the special structure of the prostate, there is generally no better treatment for calcification and stones. 1. In the early stage, prostate hyperplasia stimulates and compresses the posterior urethra and bladder neck, causing frequent urination and urgency.

2. Urinary incontinence, especially urinary incontinence during sleep.

3. Urgent need to urinate, but unable to urinate quickly; urination is not as smooth as before, takes a long time, there is a feeling of incomplete urination, and urination is difficult.

4. The blood vessels on the mucosal surface dilate or even rupture, causing bleeding, which manifests as hematuria.

5. Acute urinary retention is caused by sudden congestion and edema of the prostate and bladder neck due to drinking, cold, fatigue, sexual intercourse, and holding urine, resulting in acute obstruction and inability to urinate on one's own.

6. Long-term bladder neck obstruction can easily cause acute urinary tract infection and aggravate the above symptoms.

7. Hydronephrosis, renal insufficiency, clinical manifestations of azotemia, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, anemia, etc.

8. In other aspects, a small number of patients may develop bladder stones and urination interruption. A small number of people may also experience hypersexuality, and sometimes have frequent penis erections, but no sexual desire. Frequent urination at night affects rest and excessive mental tension can cause symptoms such as increased blood pressure.

3. Common knowledge about prostate calcification: To prevent prostate disease, you need to adjust your lifestyle:

(1) Do not overwork or stay up late. Live a regular life, have a regular routine, and prevent colds. Colds and overwork can easily lead to low immune function and cause recurring prostate diseases.

(2) Avoid spicy foods (such as seafood, especially shrimp), alcohol (drinking alcohol can easily cause prostate disease to relapse), and smoking.
