4: 60g corn silk, boiled in water and drink as tea, take for 3 to 6 months.

5: Take 500-800 grams of fresh goat milk daily, divided into two doses. One month is a course of treatment.

6: 30g of Glehnia littoralis, decocted in water, once a day.

2: Medicinal diet for treating chronic nephritis

1: Chicken stewed with Angelica Root and Astragalus [Ingredients] 1 hen (about 1000g), 15g Angelica Root, 30g Astragalus Root, and appropriate seasoning. [Preparation] Remove the hair and internal organs of the chicken, wash it, put the Angelica Root and Astragalus Root into the chicken, add water and seasoning, and stew until the chicken is cooked through. [Features] Chicken is a common food for replenishing qi and blood, and replenishing deficiency. It is combined with Astragalus Root, which replenishes qi, and Angelica Root, which replenishes blood and activates blood circulation, to enhance the effect of nourishing blood and replenishing qi. This product is more suitable for those with prolonged illness, loss of essence and blood, low plasma protein, and low blood urea nitrogen.

2: Five-flavor porridge [Ingredients] 30g yam, 30g raw coix seed, 30g mulberry, 10 jujubes, 60g corn (millet). [Preparation] Wash the above five flavors, add water and cook into porridge, and eat in 2-3 times. [Features] Yam replenishes qi, nourishes the lungs, spleen, and kidneys; jujubes replenish qi and strengthen the spleen; mulberries are a product that nourishes yin, clears heat, and nourishes the liver and kidneys; corn enters the spleen and kidney meridians, and can nourish the spleen and kidneys: coix seed strengthens the spleen and penetrates moisture, and has a diuretic effect. The five flavors work together, and regular consumption can achieve the effect of replenishing qi and nourishing yin.

3: Winter melon and carp soup [Ingredients] 500g winter melon, 250g carp, 9g Amomum villosum, 9g Bu Gu Zhi, a little salt. [Method] Remove the intestines of the carp, wrap the Amomum villosum and Bu Gu Zhi in a gauze bag and stuff them into the fish belly. Wash the winter melon and cut it into pieces, put it in the pot with the carp, add salt and water to boil the soup for consumption. [Features] Carp is neutral in nature, sweet in taste, enters the spleen and kidney meridians, and can promote diuresis and reduce swelling; winter melon helps carp to strengthen its diuretic effect; Bu Gu Zhi is warm in nature, spicy in taste, and has the effect of nourishing the kidney and strengthening yang. Amomum villosum is spicy and warm, which can eliminate dampness and promote qi, warm the middle and stop diarrhea. When used together, they can warm and nourish the spleen and kidneys, promote yang and promote diuresis, and are especially suitable for those with severe edema.
