What is angiogenesis? Causes and diagnosis of angiogenesis

In our daily lives, we often hear that people suffer from hyperplasia, such as bone hyperplasia, etc. Many people think that such diseases are related to aging. In fact, there is a type of hyperplasia that even young people are prone to, which is vascular hyperplasia. So, what is the cause of vascular hyperplasia and what methods can be used to relieve it?

Causes of angiogenesis

Refers to the generation of new blood vessels from pre-existing blood vessels by budding or intussusception through the proliferation and migration of endothelial cells. It is regulated by a series of stimulating and inhibiting factors. Congenital venous wall weakness and poor venous valve structure are the main causes of the disease. Heavy labor, long-term standing and increased abdominal pressure caused by various reasons can make the valve bear excessive venous pressure. In the case of poor valve structure, it can cause incomplete valve closure and blood reflux due to the thin muscle layer of the shallow vein wall and the lack of connective tissue around it. Blood reflux can cause the veins to grow and thicken, resulting in varicose veins. Due to the increase in venous pressure in the lower limbs, a large number of capillaries may proliferate and increase permeability in the foot and boot area, resulting in pigmentation and lipid sclerosis. Due to the accumulation of a large amount of fibrinogen, the exchange between capillaries and surrounding tissues is blocked, which can lead to nutritional changes in the skin and subcutaneous tissues.
