4: Hold the water bottle with both hands and stretch them forward in front of your chest. Bend your elbow on one side and let the water bottle fall to the inside of the elbow of the other arm. Alternate hands.

3. Massage your breasts frequently

1: Pay attention to the techniques of pinching and pushing. Stand upright and you can see the concave and convex parts from the armpit to the chest. For the concave part, use the middle finger and thumb of your right hand to pinch the left breast repeatedly with appropriate force, and vice versa for the right breast. Do this several times a day. For the convex part, make a fist with your left hand and use the strength of the finger joints to push the protruding accessory breast of the left breast from the outside to the inside, and vice versa for the right breast.

4: Our armpits are very loose

There is a small fat growth under the armpits, which is also called accessory breast. It is generally difficult to remove because the armpit is mainly where the lymph gathers and the pressure is relatively high. Normally, due to the poor lymph circulation, the small fat under the armpit cannot move, resulting in continuous accumulation.
