Alternating Memory

Also known as the distributed memory method, it emphasizes the head-to-tail memory method. The effect of simply memorizing a subject for a long time is not good, because the stimulation of the brain nerves by materials with the same properties is too monotonous. Over time, the corresponding areas of the brain are overloaded and easily fatigued, and will change from an excited state to a protective inhibition state, which manifests as dizziness and lack of concentration, which is not conducive to memory.

System Memory Method

The system memory method is to organize the knowledge according to the systematic nature of scientific knowledge, weave it into a network, and then remember it as a string. We can't hold a few scattered beads in one hand, but if we string the beads together with a thread, we can hold a large string by pulling out the thread. The same is true for memory. We can't remember much scattered and fragmentary knowledge, and we can't keep it for a long time. Organizing and systematizing knowledge will leave a deep mark in the brain. For example: when memorizing the area formulas of circles, sectors, and arcs, you can remember it like this: first grasp the relationship between these three shapes: the sector is part of the circle, and the arc is part of the sector, and then string together the formulas for the areas of several figures. It will not be difficult to remember in this way.
