2. Sichuan peppercorns. Put 10 grams of Sichuan peppercorns into an enamel pot, add 200 ml of boiling water, and cook on low heat for 5 to 6 minutes. After boiling, when it is slightly cool and not hot, use cotton wool to dip in the Sichuan peppercorn water and gently rub the affected area. After 12 hours, the pustules of the prickly heat will generally shrink and dry up. To consolidate the therapeutic effect, warm the remaining Sichuan peppercorn water on low heat and then rub the affected area again. After this treatment, the prickly heat will disappear completely.

3. Ginger. Rub ginger slices on the skin, and the prickly heat will disappear quickly. It can be used by both adults and children.

4. Wash the prickly heat area with clean water and rub Songda pine pollen on the prickly heat area at least twice a day. It will be cured in two or three days and will not recur.

5. Horsetail. Mash fresh horsetail and apply it on the prickly heat. Do it twice a day for three days. If you have prickly heat or have prickly heat every year, boil 100 grams of fresh horsetail in about 1500 grams of water. When the water temperature reaches a tolerable level, use it to wash the area or apply hot compress for ten minutes. After several times, it can be cured.

6. Watermelon rind. Use the rind of watermelon after eating to wipe the affected area. Rub it until it turns slightly red. Rub it two or three times a day. The effect will be seen the next day (it will not itch anymore) and the skin will be clean and smooth. The famous Chinese medicine book "Compendium of Materia Medica" also records that watermelon can calm the mind, quench thirst and remove summer heat. Raw cucumber juice. Use raw cucumber juice or cucumber slices to apply to the affected area. It will be healed two or three times.

7. Bitter melon. In summer, it is recommended to eat more bitter foods, and bitter melon is the best choice. Bitter melon can increase appetite, clear away heat and relieve summer heat. Eating more bitter melon can also prevent the occurrence of prickly heat. If prickly heat occurs, you can cut the bitter melon into slices and apply the bitter melon flesh with juice to the affected area once in the morning and evening.

8. Peach leaves. Add 50 grams of peach leaves to 500 milliliters of water, boil until only half of the water is left, and then use the water boiled with peach leaves to directly apply to the prickly heat.

9. Fresh mint leaves. Wash and drain fresh mint leaves (older leaves are better, and more in quantity), put them into a container, and pour in sanitary alcohol (available at pharmacies). The alcohol should cover the leaves. After one day, the alcohol will turn light green and can be used. It will take effect the next day after application.

10. Toothpaste: Applying toothpaste can make the rash disappear and make the whole body feel refreshed and comfortable.

In fact, treatment is one aspect, but in summer, it is more about preventing prickly heat. You should pay attention to ventilation in the environment to avoid overheating; pay attention to skin hygiene, take a bath and change clothes frequently to keep your skin dry; clothes should be loose, breathable, and have good sweat absorption function. After bathing, you can apply some prickly heat powder on the wrinkled parts of the skin; drink more cool boiled water, mung bean soup, Tremella fuciformis and lotus seed soup, etc., and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables such as watermelon to help relieve heat and cool down.
