3. Rectal tumor

The main clinical manifestations of rectal tumors are blood in the stool and changes in bowel habits. Blood in the stool is the initial symptom of rectal tumors. It is mostly fresh blood or dark red blood, which cannot be confused with stool. Heavy bleeding is rare. Sometimes blood in the stool contains blood clots and detached necrotic tissue. Changes in bowel habits are also one of the main clinical symptoms of patients with rectal tumors.
