6. Routine urine examination to check for infection, sugar and protein.

7. Electrocardiogram test to rule out heart disease and determine whether the pregnant mother can bear the childbirth.

8. If the medical history shows the possibility of a genetic disease, the doctor will add relevant blood tests.
