Definition

There are multiple dome-shaped papules in the scrotum, with a diameter of 1 to 4 mm. In the early stage, the lesions are bright red, soft, and can shrink with pressure. In the late stage, they are dark red or purple, hard, and have mild wart-like hyperplasia. They are often arranged in a linear pattern along the superficial veins or scrotal skin lines. The surface of the lesions is often smooth, sometimes with a little desquamation, and can fade with pressure. Sometimes the lesions occur on the penis or glans, and rarely on the calves, thighs, and conjunctiva. Generally, there is no obvious discomfort, and there is occasional mild itching. It is easy to bleed after injury. It is often accompanied by epididymal tumor, hernia, varicocele, oral mucosal varicocele and scrotal elastic fiber defect.
