Chuanqiongsan

Chuanqiong powder is ground into fine powder and packed into cloth bags sewn with thin cloth, with 15g of powder in each bag. It is fixed to the knee with tape, directly contacting the affected area. Use one bag of medicine each time, change the medicine once a day, and use multiple bags alternately. The replaced bags can be reused after drying.

This method is very effective in relieving pain.

Wheat bran

Ingredients: half a pound of wheat bran (the skin of flour), 2 ounces of vinegar (either table vinegar or rice vinegar), peppercorns (pinch them with three fingers), a handful of scallion roots, and half a ounce of ginger.

Usage: First, pour 2 liang of vinegar into the wheat and stir. Cut the ginger into shreds and mix it with the pepper and green onion. If the green onion is wet, cut it into pieces with a knife. After mixing, put it in a pot and fry it until it is hot. Then, put these things in a cloth bag. After sealing the bag, wrap it around the front and back of the knee. Before going to bed at night, tie the cloth bag and get into the quilt to sleep. Generally, the cloth bag will become cool after 1 to 2 hours. At this time, take the cloth bag out. The next night, take out the things in the cloth bag, put it in the pot and fry it, and then tie it to the synovitis of the knee in this way. After tying it for three days, change all the materials.

In mild cases, synovitis will be cured in half a month. In severe cases, long-term persistence will cure the disease according to the severity of the disease. The ingredients in this recipe have the effect of promoting blood circulation and reducing inflammation.

Cactus external application

Take an appropriate amount of cactus, scrape off the thorns on both sides with a knife, then cut it into two halves, apply the split side to the painful area of ​​synovitis, fix it with adhesive tape, and change to the other half after 12 hours.

In winter, you can put the split side in a hot pot for 3-4 minutes, and apply it to the affected area after it is heated, usually at night. During the treatment period, wear loose clothes and pants, and exercise appropriately to keep the blood and meridians unobstructed.

This method is very effective in reducing swelling.
