​Post-penile blockade

Penile blockade has become a very common surgical method for male friends nowadays, but some male friends do not take good care of themselves after the operation, so some sequelae are left. Preoperative precautions

1. Please note that you cannot have sex within one week before the operation.

Intraoperative precautions

Postoperative Care

1. Routine anti-inflammatory and other symptomatic treatments after surgery.

2. To prevent nocturnal erections, anti-erection drugs can be appropriately added.

3. Change the dressing regularly.

4. Sexual intercourse is prohibited within 1 month after the operation.

5. A small number of people will experience slight numbness in the glans penis about 15 days after the operation.

Sexual life

Generally speaking, 87% of patients can prolong their sexual intercourse to more than 10 minutes (20% of them can prolong it to more than 30 minutes), and 10% of patients can prolong it to more than 5 minutes. Only 1-2% of patients are ineffective, and the ability of effective patients to consciously control ejaculation is greatly enhanced. There are no sequelae after the operation.

Premature ejaculation is divided into organic premature ejaculation and non-organic premature ejaculation. Organic premature ejaculation refers to physiological premature ejaculation caused by disease.

Premature ejaculation is most common when the foreskin normally covers the glans penis, but the glans penis is exposed during erection.
