Omeprazole, metronidazole, and clarithromycin triple therapy is a short-term treatment for eradicating Helicobacter pylori, which lasts for one week.

The method is omeprazole 20 mg, tinidazole (metronidazole) or 500 mg, and clarithromycin 250 mg, twice a day for 7 days (abbreviated as OTC250 regimen).

Scenario 2:

To improve the cure effect, a one-week quadruple therapy of potassium bismuth citrate, omeprazole, metronidazole, and clarithromycin can be used. The quadruple therapy can achieve a higher Hp eradication rate and improve the sensitivity of patients resistant to metronidazole triple therapy. The method is: 0.22g (2 tablets) of potassium bismuth citrate, 20mg of omeprazole, 500mg of metronidazole, and 250mg of clarithromycin, twice a day for 7 days.
