What is male genital discharge?

Men suffer from various male diseases due to long-term work pressure and some bad living habits. Severe cases may cause inflammation and lead to male genital abscess. Many men do not pay attention to their physical health for this male disease. Let's learn about male genital abscess.

1. Gonorrhea or non-gonococcal urethritis: When a man is infected with gonorrhea, he will experience symptoms of acute urethritis such as frequent urination, urgent urination, and painful urination. He may even have yellow-white pus overflowing from the urethra. He may have painful erections of the penis at night and may cause penile dermatitis, swollen and painful inguinal lymph nodes, etc. It may also be non-gonococcal urethritis. Non-gonococcal urethritis is mostly caused by mycoplasma and chlamydia infection. After infection with mycoplasma and chlamydia, urethral itching, burning sensation or painful urination will occur. A few people have symptoms of genital urinary inflammation such as frequent urination, mild redness and swelling of the urethra, and thin secretions.

2. Fungal glansitis: the affected area will have erythema, swelling, fever, ulceration, exudation, and in severe cases, blisters and pustules may appear. The genitals will have thick discharge, and the patient will feel burning and pain. In severe cases, the patient will have fever, general weakness and other discomforts. If male fungal glansitis does not heal for a long time, the glans and foreskin will adhere to each other, forming secondary phimosis, and even leading to stenosis of the external urethral opening.

3. Trichomonas infection can also cause genital discharge. It is usually caused by a spouse who has vaginal trichomoniasis. The symptoms are mild, mainly manifested as erythematous papules and small blisters on the glans. The borders are clear and the scope gradually expands. Patients often feel itchy. Trichomonas can be found in the secretions.

The above is the explanation about male genital abscess. Genital abscess can also cause some symptoms such as urinary pain and frequent urination. In order to prevent this disease, you should pay attention to your daily eating habits and your life hygiene, and don't let your carelessness lead to more serious consequences.
