Testicular tumors are usually diagnosed in young men. Testicular tumors are divided into germ cell tumors and non-germ cell tumors. So, what are the clinical symptoms of testicular tumors?

1. Acute abdominal pain:

A testicular tumor located higher up can cause reflex pain in the lower abdomen due to the downward traction of the nerves. Especially for a hidden testis located in the abdominal cavity, if a malignant change occurs, it will also be accompanied by testicular torsion, and the acute abdominal pain will be very severe.

2. Hard testicles:

It feels like a rock and is very hard, which is significantly different from the uniform swelling and soft texture of ordinary testicular inflammation.

3. Testicular heaviness:

Since testicular tumor is formed by the massive growth of tumor cells, it is a solid mass. When it grows to a certain extent, the weight of the testicle increases sharply, and the patient will have a heavy feeling of falling down, and even affect walking. If you hold up the testicle with your hand, it is like holding up a stone, with a certain sense of weight.

4. Male breast development:

Unexplained breast enlargement may also be due to testicular tumors. For example, tumors such as embryonal carcinoma, chorionic epithelial carcinoma, and teratoma produce large amounts of gonadotropins. An increase in these hormones in the body can stimulate breast enlargement.

5. Enlarged testicles:

This kind of swelling is mostly found accidentally when bathing or changing clothes, or when the scrotum is slightly injured by some kind of impact and is found during local palpation. Most testicular enlargement is not accompanied by pain, and there is no pain when pressing locally. Occasionally, there may be a dull pain, but there is always a feeling of sag in the scrotum.

6. Acute testicular pain:

One day, the affected testicle suddenly developed severe pain, as if the testicle had twisted and become diseased. It turned out to be caused by sudden bleeding, embolism and ischemic necrosis of the testicular tumor tissue.
