Traditional Chinese medicine believes that long-term practice of the Yang-strengthening and sperm-solidifying exercises can warm and replenish the life gate fire, replenish the essence and kidney, replenish the brain and marrow, make people energetic, walk lightly and move quickly, and treat sexual dysfunction, backache, frequent urination, insomnia, forgetfulness, nocturnal emission and spermatorrhea. If combined with the internal nourishment exercises and the standing pile exercises, the effect will be better.

Section 1: Rub Yongquan

Sit cross-legged, rub your hands together to warm them up, then place your palms close to your feet, rubbing them from the heel along the ankle joint to the Sanyinjiao line in reverse 20-30 times. Then rub the Yongquan acupoint with both hands 81 times. Focus on the Yongquan acupoint, and make the movements slightly rhythmic.

Section 2: Massage the Kidney Points

Place your palms on the Shenshu acupoints, with your middle fingers pointing at the Mingmen acupoints. Massage in a circular motion from top to bottom and from outside to inside for 30 times. Focus on the Mingmen acupoints. For those who already have back pain or other diseases, the number of massages can be increased appropriately.

Section 3: Shake the scrotum

With your back against the ground, lie in a semi-recumbent position. Hold the penis with one hand, and use the index, middle, and ring fingers of the other hand to hold the lower part of the scrotum, shaking it up and down 100-200 times, then switch hands and shake it 100-200 times. Focus on the Dantian and gradually increase the strength. After you have a certain foundation, change to patting the scrotum up and down with one palm 100-200 times.

Section 4: Clearing the Ren and Du meridians

Place one hand on the perineum point, and the other hand's little finger on the qugu point, and rub the testicles and penis with both hands for about 100 times, then switch hands and rub again for about 100 times. Focus on Dantian and gradually increase the strength.

Section 5: Boosting Yang Roots

Place the Laogong point on the palm of one hand against the Dantian, and hold the penis with the other hand, pulling it up and down, left and right 100 times each. Relax the area of ​​your mind, be independent and keep your spirit clear.

Section 6: Whip of Strength

Hold the penis with both palms (with the glans exposed), gradually increase the force, and rub it back and forth 100-200 times. Do not hold your breath. If you have sexual impulses, hold the penis with one hand, and press the Huiyu point with the index and middle fingers of the other hand, tighten your abdomen and anus (as if you are holding back a bowel movement), and clear your mind and purify your desires. When the impulse disappears completely, lie on your left side and rest for a while. Or repeat the five or six exercises for better results. As your skills deepen, the sexual impulse during the operation will disappear on its own.

Section 7: Sperm-fixing liquid

After practicing the above six steps for 100 days, you can start practicing the method of retaining semen. When you feel the slightest urge to ejaculate during intercourse, stop intercourse, pull up your anus and contract your abdomen, and use your mind to control the discharge of semen. When the urge subsides, you can continue intercourse or stop as appropriate.

Things to note when practicing this exercise: It is best to practice 2-3 times a day; Do not change the focus area at will; Do not drink cold water or cool tea before or after practicing; Do not expose your lower abdomen when practicing; Do not practice after a meal; Unmarried or newly married young people should not practice this exercise.
