When doing it while sitting, do it with your hands behind your waist. Lift your right leg to the top of your left leg at a right angle, and do it with your left leg 5 times. When doing it while lying down, cross your left and right legs at a right angle. Be careful not to bend your knees. Swing your legs as fast as possible, and do it 5 times for each leg.

3. Arch Movement

The specific steps of the arch exercise are: lying on the bed, knees together, feet against the bed, palms against the bed surface, move the waist up and down 10 times, raise the buttocks, support the body with shoulders and heels, move the waist left and right 10 times, and exercise for 3 minutes. It can strengthen the waist strength, increase the freedom of waist movement, and enhance endurance.

4. Lying water drawing

Lie on your back and place your arms on the bed. Put your legs together and swing them upward. Swing your legs as high as possible and stay at the highest point for 6 seconds. At this time, the strength should be concentrated on the anus, and then slowly return to the original position. Repeat 5 times, take a short break and then do it again 5 times. Pay attention to straightening your back and leaning back, and press your palms firmly on the bed. Do it 10 times to enhance the function of the adrenal glands and improve endurance.
