When a man dies, who is the culprit?

When a man suffers from necrospermia, the pain he endures is unimaginable to ordinary people. Experts point out that this disease must be treated in time to have a chance to change the patient's current condition. In the simplest terms, necrospermia means that the number of sperm is very small. So, what are the causes of necrospermia?

1. One of the causes of necrospermia: abnormal semen liquefaction

Semen that does not liquefy or has high viscosity is one of the causes of male infertility, and one of the most important factors may be that it affects the motility of sperm, leading to infertility. In seminal plasma of semen that does not liquefy, thin and long fibrils can be seen, which are intertwined with each other, reducing the space for sperm movement and restraining sperm. At the same time, thick fibers are also seen to be connected to a network by many thin fibers, which may be the cause of mechanical restriction of sperm forward movement and cause necrospermia.

2. One of the causes of necrospermia: immune factors

Antisperm antibodies can affect the fertilization function of sperm in several different ways. The effect on sperm motility may be that AsAb binds to the sperm tail, which hinders sperm motility, reduces motility, and has poor penetration ability. This has been confirmed by the fact that when antisperm antibodies are present in the sperm tail, the ability to penetrate cervical mucus is significantly reduced.

3. One of the causes of necrospermia: endocrine factors

In addition to affecting the development and maturation of sperm, endocrine hormones also affect the motility of sperm. Excessive testosterone in seminal plasma may inhibit sperm motility.

4. One of the causes of necrospermia: Kartagener's syndrome

Kartagener's syndrome is a congenital deficiency of hair structure, characterized by the inability of the hair cells in the body to move, mainly due to the absence of the dyneinalms of the peripheral microtubules.
