What is the cause of testicular abdominal pain?

Male testicular abdominal pain may be caused by some internal organ spasms, radiating to the male testicles, or due to coldness. You can apply a warm hand bag to the area and observe again. If the pain still does not improve, you need to consider that it is caused by varicose veins. This condition can be significantly relieved when the patient lies flat, because the pain is relieved after the blood flows back smoothly. A B-ultrasound fusion can be done immediately to confirm the diagnosis. Surgery is required because varicose veins can affect male fertility.

Causes of varicose vein

1. Primary varicocele

(1) Varicose veins are mainly caused by blood sediment in the varicose vein. Varicose veins are prone to occur because the standing posture affects the return of varicose veins; the venous wall and surrounding connective tissue are weak or the levator testis muscle is poorly developed; the venous heart valve is damaged or incompletely closed.

(2) Varicose veins. Varicose veins are closely related to the varicose veins.

(3) There is a causal relationship between pathological changes in the spermatogenic vein and blood obstruction, which influence each other and cause polarization. Both the left and right spermatic flexure veins can develop varicose veins separately or simultaneously, but the incidence of varicose veins on the left side is higher. The reasons are: the left spermatic flexure vein is about 8 to 10 cm longer than the right side, and enters the renal vein at an oblique angle, resulting in high venous pressure; the left spermatic flexure vein may be compressed by the sigmoid colon; the left renal vein may be stressed between the pulmonary artery and the mesenteric aorta, affecting the return of the spermatic flexure vein and causing the so-called proximal "clamping" condition; the right common iliac aorta may compress the left common iliac vein, causing obstruction of the return of the left spermatic flexure vein and causing the so-called distal "clamping" condition.

2. Pathological varicose vein

Kidney tumors, tumor thrombi in the renal veins or inferior vena cava, compression of retroperitoneal tumors, hydronephrosis, or vascular disorder can all cause pathological varicose veins.

How can we prevent varicose veins in daily life?

1. Avoid violent anger that may damage the liver, pay attention to diet and avoid eating spicy food.

2. Try to reduce standing for long periods of time. If you must stand for long periods of time for work, it is best to stand up by wheeling on both feet, that is, slightly bend one foot and let the body's net weight be on the other foot, or move and swing your legs in rotation, and find opportunities to walk.

3. Sit in the correct posture and do not cross your legs. When sitting for a long time, try to avoid crossing your legs or crossing your legs to avoid affecting your blood circulation.

4. Have regular sex life to prevent frequent intercourse. Wear tight underwear or use a scrotal support to prevent the scrotum from falling.

5. You can lie flat on the bed and do fitness exercises such as cycling, knee bending, and leg flexion. This can improve the elasticity of the thigh muscles, help blood flow back, and relieve varicose veins.

6. Taking more vitamins C and E can also help improve the blood circulation system.
