Infection: It is a common cause of male hydrocele. How to treat testicular effusion

1. No medical treatment required

When a newborn has hydrocele, it usually disappears on its own before the age of 2, so there is no need to rush to treat it. If it does not disappear after the age of 2, many can be cured at the age of 4 or 5. If it is still not cured after the age of 6, a puncture is performed to extract the fluid. Most of them have no recurrence after liposuction.

2. Injection treatment

After the fluid is drained, stimulating drugs such as silicine and sodium iodine are injected into the vaginal cavity to produce inflammatory adhesions to resolve the vaginal cavity. This method has a large reaction, and the adhesion is not thorough, resulting in multilocular hydrocele. It creates a lot of difficulties for surgical treatment. It is rarely used.

3. Surgery

Congenital hydrocele cannot be treated with the above two methods, and surgery is the main treatment. The purpose of surgical treatment is to make a high ligation of the hernial neck at the internal ring line to block the liver ascites. The following hernial sac is not resolved.

4. Chinese medicine treatment
