Regular massage of the Yongquan acupoint can replenish essence and kidney, strengthen physical health, prevent premature aging, soothe the liver and improve eyesight, promote sleep, and has a certain effect on dizziness, insomnia, tinnitus, hemoptysis, nasal congestion, headache, etc. caused by kidney deficiency. The method of foot massage is: soak your feet in warm water before going to bed every day, and then rub your hands together to warm them up, then use the left palm to massage the right foot, and the right palm to massage the left foot, more than 100 times each time, and rub both feet to warm them up. Kidney-tonifying foods: wolfberry, chestnut, walnut kernel, leek, hazelnut, pork kidney, spinach, bamboo shoots, yam, animal liver, black sesame, longan, black fungus, mushroom, black rice, black beans, oysters, lotus seeds, kelp, mulberry, white fungus, eggs, cowpea, peas, shrimp, white fungus, scallop, silkworm pupae, seaweed, dog kidney, mutton, dog meat, quail eggs, turtle, loach, etc.
