Why do men urinate frequently?

Prostatitis is a common male reproductive system disease. The main symptoms are frequent urination and incomplete urination. Among them, frequent urination is the most serious. Because of frequent urination, men cannot get a good sleep quality at night, which will affect their mental state during the day and make it difficult to concentrate on work. So why do men with prostatitis have frequent urination? Let's find out the reasons below.

There are many causes of prostatitis, and different types of prostatitis have different causes. In the onset of bacterial prostatitis, infectious factors play a dominant role. In the onset of non-bacterial prostatitis and prostatitis, infectious factors may be an inducing or initial factor, while non-infectious factors may play a dominant role.

The following factors may play a role in the development of prostatitis:

1. Infectious factors

(1) Bacteria: The pathogenic microorganisms in bacterial prostatitis are similar to those that cause urogenital tract infections.

(2) Mycoplasma and Chlamydia: Chronic nonbacterial prostatitis is an inflammatory disease of unknown cause.

(3) Fungi and parasites: Fungal prostate infections are mainly seen in AIDS patients. The patient's immunity is severely damaged, and fungal prostatitis occurs. The parasites that cause prostatitis mainly include vaginal Trichomonas, Schistosoma, etc.

2. Chemical factors The cause and pathogen of nonbacterial prostatitis are still unclear. The pathogen may be an unidentified microorganism. In recent years, clinical studies have found that chlamydia and mycoplasma may be the main pathogens of chronic prostatitis. Or it may be a non-infectious disease. Some people speculate that it may be caused by urine reflux into the prostate, causing "chemical" prostatitis.

3. Other related factors Previous studies have found that sex hormone nutrition, past history of urinary tract infection, tension, mental factors, allergies and sexual life are all potential factors causing prostatitis.

Through understanding the factors related to the frequent urination symptoms of prostatitis, we have learned that male patients should also pay attention to prevention while undergoing treatment. They should try to hold urine as little as possible, wear less tight underwear, and control the frequency of sexual intercourse. Finally, they need to drink plenty of boiled water every day to reduce the impact of high-concentration urine on the prostate through urination.
