②Dung flower and bitter melon soup. You can use 6 bunches of Dung flowers and 200 grams of fresh bitter melon each time. When making it, first wash the bitter melon, remove the pulp and melon core, cut it into small pieces, and boil it with the Dung flowers to make soup.

③ Winter melon, kelp and barley soup. Use 250g of fresh winter melon (with skin), 50g of raw barley and 100g of kelp each time. First boil it over high heat, then simmer it over low heat until it is half done. Then, add tofu cubes into the stew pot, and simmer it over low heat until the loach meat is cooked through, then add seasoning and serve.

② Magnolia and Pork Soup. 30g fresh Magnolia (also known as white orchid) (10g dried), 150g fresh lean pork. When making, first wash the lean pork and cut it into pieces, put it into a casserole with the Magnolia, add appropriate amount of water, and boil the soup over medium heat. After the soup is ready, add a little salt to taste.
