Surgical treatment experience and methods:

1. After putting the bell-shaped glans penis into the foreskin, press the frenulum of the penis twice gently with the index finger of your right hand, push the glans penis into the bell, ensure that the frenulum of the penis is loose, and then tie the foreskin of the foreskin to the support rod.

2. When using this device for the first time, if the circumcision position is exactly the same, you can draw a circle at the estimated position to be laser cut before putting it into the glans penis seat (this circle is the circumcision position), and then draw another circle about 1.5-2mm inside this circle (this circle is after putting it into the glans penis seat, and then installing the device, it can be seen on both sides of the device head, because the circumcision position is invisible after the device is installed).

3. If the foreskin is too long and thick or the child is young, cut off the excess foreskin outside the cable tie before applying the equipment, which will help to make the incision better.

4. After laser cutting, loosen the adjustment knob and move it back about 5mm or more, maintain the position, do not move it too much, and release the bell-shaped glans penis seat forward by pressing the adjustment knob. If it is difficult to push, you can gently touch the rocker (try not to repeat the actual operation as much as possible) to loosen the laser cutting surgical suture position (in front of the surgical suture). At this time, observe whether the prepuce is completely cut off. If it is completely cut off, gently rotate and remove the instrument. If there is still a little bit that has not been cut off, you can use scissors or a knife head to trim it slightly and then remove the instrument. Sometimes the knife head is pulled out a little by the knife anvil, which has no effect on the progress of the surgical treatment.

5. After removing the equipment (no need to spend time observing), wrap the wound with dry gauze immediately and apply moderate pressure to activate blood circulation for about 5 minutes. If there is still bleeding after loosening the wound (rare), you can suture more to activate blood circulation. Otherwise, just apply moderate pressure bandage as usual.

6. It is recommended to use a self-adhesive elastic bandage for pressure bandage, otherwise it is best to sew a few stitches of the external medical dressing to prevent it from loosening in the short term.

7. Generally, there is no obvious abnormality after the operation. If the bandage is too tight, urination will feel uncomfortable. If it is tied with an elastic bandage, you can ask the patient to loosen it on his own and then wrap it slightly looser. If it is sutured, you can cut off one or two nails that tighten the seams.

8. If the wound is wet or polluted within one week, the surgical incision should be disinfected and the external medical dressing should be replaced immediately. A loose bandage can be made after two days. When taking a shower within one week, a large condom can be put on or protected with a plastic bag. The proximal side can be tied with a rubber band to prevent water seepage. After washing, the condom or plastic bag can be removed. After a week, the external medical dressing can be removed and the wound can be washed. After that, dry the water and clean the surgical incision with iodine disinfectant. After that, clean the wound with iodine disinfectant several times a day. It depends on personal factors to decide whether to cover or not.
