Causes of blisters in male urethra

Causes of blisters in male urethra

There are many reasons why men develop blisters at the urethral opening. Many men do not know the reason. When blisters grow at the urethral opening, they will squeeze them with their hands, which will lead to the deepening of local infection and the seriousness of local diseases. Therefore, when blisters grow at the urethral opening, they must be treated in time. However, the cause of the disease must be found first, so that the problem can be solved easily. So what is the reason for blisters at the urethral opening of men?

If the urethra is painful and there is a white bubble when you open it, it is a symptom of urethritis. It may also be genital herpes, condyloma acuminatum, eczema, etc. It is usually related to the hygiene of the external genitals and sexual life. If it is accompanied by itching, redness, swelling, and secretions, you need to go to the hospital as soon as possible to find out the cause and treat it accordingly.

There is also the possibility that acne is caused by getting angry. Because acne will appear when the body gets angry, patients must be careful not to get angry. They can drink more teas that reduce fire, or take some medicines that reduce fire.

Usually, you must pay attention to rest and not overwork. Patients should pay attention to the hygiene of the vulva and wash it with clean water. You can also use some light salt water to wash it because holding water has an anti-inflammatory effect. Never squeeze acne with your hands, which can easily cause bacterial infection. Add some physical exercise to improve the body's immunity. Pay attention to a light diet, do not eat spicy and irritating foods, and eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Or ask the doctor to prescribe some medicine for conditioning, or prescribe some saliva medicine. Be sure to change your underwear frequently. Patients should not have too much psychological pressure.

Such a phenomenon may also be caused by infection with glansitis. Glansitis is an inflammation of the glans mucosa. If glansitis is not treated in time, it will be covered with punctate cheese-like secretions, pustules, and even erosion and exudation. It must be taken seriously. Regarding treatment, it is recommended that you turn up the foreskin, clean the area with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution, and keep it dry. If the foreskin cannot be turned up, the back of the foreskin can be cut to facilitate drainage and cleaning. You can also take certain antibiotics for treatment under the guidance of a doctor. You must wait until the glansitis is cured before you can have sex. You can take some anti-inflammatory drugs on a regular basis, keep clean and hygienic, and avoid spicy and irritating foods.

Generally, this disease is caused by human herpes simplex virus infection, which often occurs after fever and is called "heat sore" in traditional Chinese medicine.

[Clinical manifestations]

1. The rash initially appears as erythema, followed by clusters of needle-sized blisters on the basis of iris rash, usually in one group, but sometimes in two or three groups. After breaking, the eroded surface is exposed, which gradually dries and forms scabs.

2. The rash tends to occur at the junction of the skin and mucous membranes, most commonly on the face and genitals. Relapses tend to occur in the same area.

3. Local burning and itching sensation. Local lymph nodes swell as the rash develops.

4. The course of the disease is generally 1-2 weeks and can heal on its own. However, it is easy to relapse and there will be no scars after healing.

[Diagnosis]

It is not difficult to diagnose based on clinical manifestations and a history of colds and other febrile illnesses before the onset of the disease. However, it should be differentiated from herpes zoster, which is severely painful. In the crusting stage, it should be differentiated from herpes simplex.
