Why does it hurt when men urinate?

As the saying goes, "People eat all kinds of food, so how can they not get sick?" So we often worry about suffering from this or that disease. For example, some men feel pain when they urinate, and they often feel very scared and panicked. Moreover, it is a disease of private parts. Sometimes they are embarrassed to see a doctor, and the result is that the disease becomes more and more serious. So, why do men feel pain when they urinate?

1. Gonorrhea: A sexually transmitted disease with the highest number of clinical cases caused by gonococci. The main symptoms are urethritis, redness and swelling of the urethra, pus, stinging and burning sensations. Difficulty urinating and frequent urination. If not treated in time, it will turn into chronic urethritis.

2. Non-gonococcal gonorrhea: A sexually transmitted disease mainly caused by Chlamydia trachomatis and Mycoplasma, with symptoms similar to gonorrhea. The incubation period is 10-20 days, and the onset of symptoms is mild, including urinary pain, urethral discomfort, urethral itching, burning or stinging, urethral redness and swelling, urethral secretions, thin, and "sweating" in the morning.

3. Genital herpes: A sexually transmitted disease caused by herpes simplex virus type II, which is highly contagious. Symptoms include itching, burning, and pain in the genitals, thighs, or buttocks. Subsequently, obvious ulcers may develop in the genitals, buttocks, anus, or other parts of the body.

4. Condyloma acuminatum: It is caused by the condyloma acuminatum virus and is the most difficult to cure sexually transmitted disease. Condyloma acuminatum can occur on the vulva, vagina, cervix, and anus. It is a cauliflower-like growth in the genital area that can break, ooze, and become infected, or even appear in the throat.

5. Syphilis: A sexually transmitted disease caused by infection with Treponema pallidum. It can attack the heart, eyes, brain, bones and nervous system. The course of the disease is very long and symptoms appear and disappear from time to time.

There are many reasons for urinating pain, but no matter what the cause is, don't be shy to see a doctor just because it is a private disease. This will often miss the best time to treat the disease, causing the disease to become more and more serious and more difficult to treat. Early treatment of the disease can help you recover one day earlier.
