Method 2:

Ingredients: 500g flour, 3 eggs, celery leaves (as shown in the picture, I used about 4 large celery leaves), about 50g water.

1. Take only the celery leaves, not the stems. Blanch them in water for 3 seconds, remove them, cool them, squeeze out the water, and chop them into small pieces.

2. Add three eggs to the flour, mix well, and add a small amount of water according to the degree of dryness. (Do not add too much water, just enough to form a dough.) Use a dough press to press it over and over until it is evenly pressed;

3. Cut the five-layer noodles into noodles.
