Aseptic prostatitis is a terminal disease

Aseptic prostatitis is a common disease among men, which always harms men's health. Some patients are not very familiar with this disease. Long-term confusion and inability to deal with it effectively make them worry that it is an incurable disease. So, is aseptic prostatitis an incurable disease?

Aseptic prostatitis is not an incurable disease. It is more common in adolescents and children, and the incidence rate in men is still relatively high. The main clinical manifestations are increased urination frequency, urination pain, and pain in the lower abdomen, vulva, scrotum, etc. Aseptic prostatitis is mainly caused by increased pressure on the urethra opening of the male prostate, which leads to urine reflux. Generally speaking, it is a chronic inflammation that cannot be cured. Aseptic prostatitis can usually be significantly relieved by medication. The common drugs at this stage are mainly tamsulosin sustained-release capsules and some traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, such as Prostatecon, Prostate Shuloning, and Mitai capsules. These medications can relieve symptoms and prevent the onset of prostatitis. This is the key treatment method at this stage. Pay attention to it in your daily life. Cultivate a good lifestyle, don't drink alcohol, don't sit for a long time, don't eat spicy food, and have a regular sex life, which can reduce the chance of prostatitis attacks.

Treatment of sterile prostatitis

1. General medical treatment

Health education knowledge, psychological state and personal behavior guidance have a positive and proactive effect. Patients should avoid alcohol, spicy food and irritating food; avoid holding urine and sitting for a long time, pay attention to keeping warm, and increase physical exercise. Hot water bath is helpful to relieve pain symptoms.

2. Medication

The three most common drugs are antibiotics, alpha-blockers and non-steroidal anti-infective analgesics. Other drugs also have varying degrees of effectiveness in relieving symptoms.

(1) Antibiotics Antibiotic treatment is mostly empirical treatment, and the theoretical basis is to infer that some pathogens with negative basic structure cause the occurrence of this type of inflammation. It is strongly recommended to take oral antibiotics for 2 to 4 weeks first, and then decide whether to continue antibiotic treatment based on the feedback from the efficacy. It is only recommended to use antibiotics again when the patient's clinical manifestations are confirmed to be relieved. The highly recommended total treatment course is 4 to 6 weeks.

(2) α-blockers α-blockers can relax the smooth muscles of the male prostate and bladder and improve lower urinary tract symptoms and pain, thus becoming a basic medicine for the treatment of prostatitis. Comparative scientific research data show that the drug has different levels of improvement on patients' urinary symptoms, pain and quality of life index. The treatment course of α-blockers should be at least 12 weeks.

(3) Nonsteroidal anti-infective analgesics Nonsteroidal anti-infective analgesics are empirical medications for the treatment of symptoms related to type III prostatitis. Their main purpose is to relieve pain and discomfort. Clinical comparative medical research has confirmed that celecoxib is effective in improving pain and other symptoms in patients with type IIIA prostatitis.

(4) Green plant Chinese medicine preparations The therapeutic effect of green plant Chinese medicine preparations in prostatitis is becoming increasingly important as an alternative treatment method. Green plant Chinese medicine preparations refer to bee pollen Chinese medicine preparations and Chinese medicine extracts. Their medicinal value is relatively common, such as non-specific anti-infection, anti-edema, promoting bladder detrusor contraction and urethral smooth muscle relaxation.

(5) Antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs For chronic prostatitis patients with depression and anxiety, antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs can be used in addition to the treatment of prostatitis, depending on the condition. These drugs can not only significantly improve the patient's emotional disorder symptoms, but also significantly reduce the body's discomfort and pain.

(6) Traditional Chinese medicine uses traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment to provide methods such as clearing away heat and dampness, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and promoting urination.
