Why do men have trouble urinating?

When men feel that they cannot urinate completely, they will always feel the urge to urinate, but they cannot urinate completely every time, which brings great trouble to their daily life, work and study. Some patients may not know what kind of disease they have after they get sick. For men, the symptoms are usually caused by the following diseases.

Prostatitis: The symptoms of prostatitis are mainly frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, incomplete urination, dribbling urine or white sticky discharge from the urethra. In addition, there are often symptoms of bloating and pain all over the body, dull pain and discomfort around the genitals, cold and damp scrotum, bloating and pain in the waist and back, weakness in the lower limbs, etc. At this time, anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs are generally needed for treatment. Urinating can return to normal after the inflammation is eliminated.

Prostatic hyperplasia: Prostatic hyperplasia is a very common disease in middle-aged and elderly men. The direct pathological reaction is urethral obstruction, resulting in frequent urination, urgency, incomplete urination, etc. With the development and deterioration of hyperplasia symptoms, urethral obstruction gradually worsens, resulting in the inability to empty urine, increasing urine retention in the bladder, increasing the pressure in both kidneys, causing bilateral hydronephrosis, and damaging kidney function, leading to chronic uremia.

Urinary tract infection: Male genital urinary tract infection refers to the invasion and infection of male genitals and nearby organs by various external pathogens, which causes these organs to become diseased and their functions to be damaged. Common diseases include acute and chronic urethritis, cystitis, etc. The symptoms of genital infection diseases mainly include varying degrees of frequent urination, urgency, pain, and difficulty urinating.

If a man has symptoms of urinary incontinence, he must go to the andrology clinic as soon as possible to have a detailed examination of his disease, which will also facilitate medication treatment. At the same time, he should pay attention to drinking more boiled water or wild chrysanthemum tea, etc. Increasing the frequency of urination can reduce the stimulation of inflammation, and he should also actively reduce his daily smoking and drinking.
