Advantages of Painless Circumcision

Advantages of Painless Circumcision

Circumcision is to remove the excessive foreskin, that is, to make a straight cut on the back of the penis, and then cut a circle of excess foreskin horizontally. Excessive foreskin can cause premature ejaculation. If the foreskin is not treated in time, it will often affect the happiness of the couple's sex life, because the excessive foreskin covers the male glans, the most sensitive part of the male, so that it cannot get stronger stimulation during sexual intercourse, thus causing sexual disharmony. Let's take a look at the advantages of painless circumcision.

One-way circumcision

(1) Separation of adhesions between the foreskin and glans penis: Before circumcision, check whether the foreskin and glans penis are adhered. If so, they should be separated first.

(2) Pulling and fixing the foreskin: Place the foreskin in a natural position and clamp it with two vascular clamps at the center of the dorsal and ventral sides of the foreskin, with the distance between the two clamps about 0.5 cm.

(3) Cut open the dorsal and ventral foreskin vertically: The assistant uses his left hand to press and pinch the base of the penis to stop bleeding temporarily. Then lift the two vascular clamps in the middle of the dorsal side, and the surgeon uses scissors to cut open the foreskin vertically between the two clamps until it is 0.5 to 0.8 cm away from the coronal sulcus. Then lift the two vascular clamps in the middle of the ventral side and cut open the ventral foreskin in the same way. The length of the foreskin retained at the frenulum is slightly longer than that on the dorsal side by 0.2 to 0.3 cm. Be careful not to damage the frenulum when cutting.

(4) Circumcision: After the dorsal and ventral foreskin is cut open longitudinally, the glans penis and the coronal sulcus can be exposed. Pull the two vascular clamps on the right side firmly, and use scissors to cut off the excessive foreskin from the dorsal longitudinal incision, 0.5 to 0.8 cm away from the coronal sulcus, until the ventral longitudinal incision. Then pull the two vascular clamps on the left side firmly, and circumcise the left half of the foreskin in the same way.

(5) Ligation to stop bleeding: After circumcision, the assistant relaxes his left hand and quickly pushes the foreskin down toward the base of the penis to expose the wound surface, and then ligates the bleeding point with No. 3-0 fine silk thread.

(6) Suturing the incision: Align the inner and outer panels of the foreskin. Use fine silk thread to sew one stitch at the frenulum first, then sew one stitch at the center of the back and the center of the left and right sides. Tie a knot with these four stitches and keep the thread tail. Then sew 1 to 2 more stitches between each two stitches. After tying a knot, cut the stitches short.

(7) Bandaging the incision: Wrap the Vaseline gauze into strips and wrap it around the foreskin incision. Use the thread tails to sew four stitches up and down and left and right to secure it. Then wrap the gauze outside the oil gauze and secure it with tape. The glans penis should be exposed.

Second, postoperative benefits

1. Circumcision prolongs sexual life

Prevent premature ejaculation. The exposed glans penis and genitals have reduced sensitivity due to long-term friction, thus prolonging the time and playing a certain role in preventing premature ejaculation. That line will have such benefits after circumcision surgery.

(II) Circumcision surgery to avoid cross infection

Dirt on the male foreskin is a breeding ground for bacteria and viruses. The bacteria can be introduced into the female body through sexual intercourse, which can easily lead to gynecological diseases such as abnormal leucorrhea, chronic cervicitis, and pelvic inflammatory disease.

3. Circumcision reduces the risk of penile cancer

Because the foreskin is too long, the smegma cannot be cleaned and accumulates. The bacteria that grow can easily lead to other diseases, and in the long run, it can easily lead to penile cancer. After circumcision, the cause of penile cancer is fundamentally solved.

The advantages of painless circumcision are introduced above. Generally, it can be healed in seven to ten days. However, normal body movement will not cause harm. After the treatment, it is better to wear loose and breathable underwear. At the same time, keep the glans upward to reduce edema. Whether medication is needed or not, please make scientific arrangements under the guidance of a doctor! Everyone must pay attention to health.
